• The poi is different from others. 1) It uses stainless steel chain which has 3 rotating parts to ensure smooth spinning. 2) The veil is connected to the poi ball by a pocket on the silk veil, not by a rope. In this way, the delicate silk is protected from being pulled too hard in one place, and it better spreads as it flows.
• All edges are stitched to extend the life of the poi. Hand painted bright colors with soft gradations on 5 mommes of lightweight real silk. Fabric is intentionally crafted to be neither too soft nor too weak to better withstand the wind.
• Washing is not recommended. If you must, wash it carefully by hand in cold water with a mild detergent. A free handy carrying bag protects the poi during travel.

Price is for 1pc poi1. 1pc poi consists of 1pc 5 mommes silk veil, 1pc stainless still chain, 1 tennis ball and 1pc rope.
Made of 100% real natural silk fabric (Not any artificial fabric or imitation silk which other sellers call “silk”). The fabric is made in large silk factory by advanced machines. No broken threads. We carefully screened for holes and distortions.
Made of light weighted 5 mommes silk, the veil floats very well.
Colors are hand painted by professional workers who has tens of years experience. Colors are vibrant and have good gradations. The veil has had special treatment to feel better in texture and look more shiny. Most other silk do not undergo these treatment. The difference can only be felt when you have the fabric in hand.
The chain is very strong stainless steel chain. It is 58cm (23″) long. Can be shortened according to your needs. It has rotating buckles. Easily detachable.
We invented this “tennis ball in bag in pocket” way to make the veil easy to attach and detach.. This also protects the veil from damage caused by the centrifugal pull.
Edges are hand rolled by diligent Chinese hand workers. Takes half an hour to finish rolling 1 piece. Hand rolled edges do not show threads of any different color. They are also easy to be sensed by the fingers. Screened for defects. Bad ones are sold at half price.
Please avoid washing the veils. Silk is thin and fragile. If you have to, gently hand wash in cold water by mild detergent. Natural air dry. Steam iron. Some color may run out during first wash.
